Prada made nylon a luxury material. In 1984 Miuccia Prada cut a backpack from Pocone, a tough nylon first woven for military use, and set it beside the house's leather goods. Re-Nylon carries that idea forward: the same signature fabric, now made from regenerated nylon recovered from ocean plastic, fishing nets and textile waste.
This smartphone case is cut from black Re-Nylon with a zip opening, the triangle logo plaque on the front, an embossed Prada Re-Nylon logo, a rubber cradle at the base and a Saffiano leather label inside. It hangs from an adjustable nylon strap with gunmetal hardware, so it can be worn around the neck or across the body. Measures 7.5 × 13.5 cm. Made in Italy.
In excellent condition overall, with light scratches on the metal hardware.
Measured flat, in centimetres. Archive sizing rarely matches a modern label, so trust these numbers over the size on the tag.
Ships from Istanbul within two business days. Returns accepted within 14 days on fixed-price purchases, as set out in the buyer protection policy. Auction lots are excluded.
Every listing is examined by an authenticator who specialises in the label before it goes live — construction, hardware, labelling and provenance. The verification record travels with the piece.
Every piece is graded by hand on intake. Where a grade sits between two, we round down. Flaws are photographed rather than described away.
