Every piece we sell is a single item. There is no second one in a stockroom, which is why this policy is written plainly: so you know exactly where you stand before you buy.
Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in Türkiye, the Distance Sales Regulation gives you 14 days from the day the piece reaches you to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty.
To use this right, write to info@reloadarchive.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. A message is enough; you do not need a form or a justification.
Sending a piece back
Send the piece back within 10 days of telling us you are withdrawing. It must come back in the condition it left us:
- unworn beyond trying it on
- all tags, labels and any authentication seal still attached
- in its original packaging, with anything that came with it
Archive garments are fragile and often irreplaceable. A piece that comes back worn, altered, washed, scented or damaged has lost value that cannot be recovered, and we may reduce the refund to reflect that. We will always tell you why, with photographs, before we do.
Who pays the return shipping
Return shipping is yours to cover, unless the piece arrived faulty, damaged, not as described, or failed authentication — in those cases we cover it and arrange the collection ourselves.
Your refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to the same payment method you used. The refund covers the price of the piece and the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a faster shipping option, we refund the standard rate.
What cannot be returned
- Auction lots. A bid is a binding commitment and auction sales are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Regulation.
- Pieces altered at your request, such as tailoring or repairs we carried out for you.
- Pieces returned after 14 days, or sent back without telling us first.
If something is wrong with the piece
Fit is a matter of taste; a fault is not. If a piece arrives damaged, differs from its listing, or carries a flaw we did not photograph and describe, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it, replace it where a replacement exists, or refund it in full — your choice — and we pay the shipping both ways.
Authentication guarantee
Every piece is examined by a specialist in that label before it goes live. If an independent authenticator later finds a piece we sold you to be counterfeit, we refund the full amount you paid including all shipping, and you keep nothing out of pocket. Send us the authenticator's written assessment and we will settle it without argument.
