Bianca Chandon was founded in New York in 2013 by pro skater Alex Olson. The label mixed skateboarding with references to 1970s and 80s nightlife and queer club culture. Its name nods to Bianca Jagger and the Studio 54 era. Small production runs and a cult following made the brand one of the most collected names in independent skatewear.
The Karate 5-Panel takes that downtown attitude and puts it on a classic skate silhouette. It’s a black five-panel cap with a low profile and a flat front panel carrying the Karate graphic. Easy to wear, with no logo overload, and hard to find years after release.
